We will no longer accept deliveries to any departments located at the Kettering General Hospital site, NN16 8UZ. If any orders are placed for this location a member of our team will contact you to re-arrange delivery to an alternative location within our local delivery area. If we cannot do so and cannot contact you on or before the requested delivery date, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ORDER FOR SAME-DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?

WHAT ARE YOUR FLOWER DELIVERY PRICES?
Our website charges for delivery are split into two zones;
Zone 1 area (approx 7.5 miles radius from the shop) the delivery charge is £5.99
Zone 2 area (approx 10 miles radius from the shop) the delivery charge is £8.49
Please note that our delivery areas are listed above, for orders outside of these areas please call the shop directly.
HOW DO I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE?
Find your perfect bouquet, hand-tied or arrangement in our online shop
Click 'Buy' to add your flowers to your shopping cart
In the shopping cart, you can add a message to the recipient, this will be written on one of our signature cards
Select a delivery date and click 'Checkout'
Follow the checkout process including delivery address and payment.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your order and then another email to let you know your flowers have been delivered.

WHEN CAN YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS?
We can deliver your flowers 6 days a week Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. Saturday between 09:00 and 15:00. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be delivered the next working day. Please note during florist peak periods (e.g. Valentines), our delivery times may vary.
If you need same-day delivery please order before 2pm Monday to Friday only. Saturday before 1pm.
SAME-DAY DELIVERIES - MONDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?
If no one is home we will try and deliver the flowers to a neighbour, at a safe location or return the item to the shop. A calling card will be left informing the recipient we have called and this will advise them where the items are.
DO YOU OFFER NATIONWIDE DELIVERY?
Yes, we do! Order from our Nationwide Delivery product selection before 2 pm for next-day delivery to anywhere in the UK (delivery days are Tuesday to Friday only).
- Our plants will be beautifully presented in our branded boxes or ceramic containers where they are shown.
- Heavier plants may also be shipped in a complimentary signature gift bag.
- Due to the nature of our plants and stock, the colours of plants and containers may vary.
- Please note that some plants may not be shipped with a care guide as these can vary from suppliers, for any further information we recommend searching for the best care information online or contacting us.
