We will no longer accept any deliveries to any departments located at the Kettering General Hospital site, NN16 8UZ. If any orders are placed for this location a member of our team will contact you to re-arrange delivery to an alternative location within our local delivery area. If we cannot do so and we are unable to contact you on or before the requested delivery date, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you.

Next-day delivery: £6.50 in our local delivery area, for locations on the outer rim of our local area, the charge is £8.50.
Same-day delivery: £8.99 local delivery area, for locations on the outer rim of our local area, the charge is £10.50

- Click 'Buy' to add your flowers to your shopping cart
- In the shopping cart, you can add a message to the recipient, this will be handwritten on one of our signature cards
- Select a delivery date and click 'Checkout'
- Follow the checkout process including delivery address and payment.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your order and then another email to let you know your flowers have been delivered.

We can deliver your flowers 6 days a week Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Saturday between 09:00 and 15:00. Orders placed on a Sunday or a bank holiday will be delivered the next working day. Please note during florist peak periods (e.g. valentines), our delivery times may vary.
If you need same-day delivery please order before 2 pm Monday to Friday only. Saturday before 1 pm.

Yes, we do! Order from our Nationwide Delivery Collection before 2 pm for next-day delivery to anywhere in the UK. Our delivery days are between Tuesday to Friday only. We currently cannot offer deliveries on Mondays, Saturdays on Sunday for our National Delivery products.
If no one is home, our first step is to try and leave the flowers with a neighbour, or a safe location not in public view, or return the item to the shop. A calling card will be left informing the recipient we have called and this will advise them where the items are. If the recipient calls us, we will arrange with them to re-deliver, which is normally the same day.
