As your local florist shop in Kettering, Magnolia the Florist have proudly been delivering flowers and gifts to the local community for nearly 15 years. We are honoured to have so many long term customers, who adore our bespoke bouquets and stylish floral designs. Dean and the team are always on hand to help you pick the perfect flowers or choose a special gift for someone, and our online shop allows you to easily browse our seasonal collections and homeware range and buy 24/7.
Here are a few of the FAQs we get asked about local delivery options, redeeming a promotional code and funeral flowers which may help you on your journey:
Do you offer same day delivery?
We sure do! If you are local to us and you order before 2pm then we can deliver your flowers and gifts same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We also offer free click and collect option Monday-Saturday, so you can order online and collect from our flower shop at 20a Market Street in Kettering.
Magnolia the Florist deliver within an 8 mile radius of our flower shop in Kettering, so please check out our delivery page for more information on the areas we deliver to and delivery costs.
Can I add a card message?
Yes you can! When you add a product to your basket, at the shopping cart overview page there is an option for you to add a card message of your choice (up to 240 characters). Our team will hand write the message on to a luxury card to deliver along with the flowers or gift.
Do you have special promotions?
We regularly have special promotions running exclusively on our website, which can change monthly or seasonally. Products that are part of a special promotion will often have a green ribbon showing the offer, such as 10% off. When you click on the product to view more details you will find information on how to claim the offer at checkout - this is normally a promotional code which you simply enter at the shopping cart overview page.
I have a promotional code, how can I use it online?
If you have a promotional code, you can redeem this at the shopping cart overview page.
- Find the product you want to purchase.
- If the product description has a promotional code to apply, make a note of it now.
- Select the size/price option (if applicable)
- Add your chosen product to your basket by pressing the grey BUY button.
- Next you will see a shopping cart page, which shows what is in your basket. Underneath this is a box that says if you have a promotional code, please enter it here.
- Enter the promotional code and press the grey Apply Code button.
If your promotional code is valid, the discount will then applied to your basket.
Please note: some promotions are only valid on selected products or ranges, and promotional codes are case sensitive (so if the code is 10OFF you will need to enter the text in capital letters).
Do you create bespoke funeral tributes?
Firstly, please accept our condolences for the loss of your loved one. We know it is a difficult time, so if you want to speak to us about funeral flowers and bespoke options please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Magnolia the Florist can make bespoke funeral tributes – which are also known as specialist funeral tributes. These are one-off floral designs that can be created to represent a favourite hobby, career, pastime, food – and many more. A bespoke floral tribute is a really personal way to say farewell to your loved one, and it is always an honour to us to be asked to make such heartfelt flowers.

Can you deliver funeral flowers direct to the funeral directors?
Magnolia the Florist are in the heart of Kettering, so we can easily deliver funeral and sympathy flowers to Funeral Directors and homes in Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough and other local areas. We deliver within an 8 mile radius of Kettering so please view our delivery page for more information.
We can also deliver funeral and sympathy flowers to local crematoriums or to the family home, if suitable.
Where do I add the delivery information for funeral flowers?
We have a beautiful range of funeral flowers and tributes that you can order online, and we deliver direct to the local funeral director on the day of the funeral.
If you add a funeral item to your shopping basket, at the shopping cart overview page there will be a box to add the funeral time and name of the deceased. For the delivery date, please select the date of the funeral.
Then proceed to checkout by pressing the grey Checkout button and enter the Funeral Directors address as the delivery address.
Not sure of the address? As these flowers are so important to arrive at the right place, at the right time, please double check the Funeral Directors address is correct before submitting.
